Belinda Carnovale is a Director of THE HUMAN DIFFERENCE, specialists in Change Management consulting, Executive Search and Executive Coaching. 

Belinda through working with THE HUMAN DIFFERENCE, for the past 15+ years, has partnered world class businesses and brands, delivering major strategic & organisational change and has personally led executive search assignments delivering highly successful talent outcomes, both in Australia and internationally. She is also a highly valued executive coach, challenging & supporting leaders to be the change they are leading, offering her combination of commercial understanding & powerful personal & organisational insight. 

She has gratitude for the opportunity to make a difference to the leaders & organisations we work with, to engage with our extensive network of business leaders throughout their careers, for the interesting & different projects THE HUMAN DIFFERENCE is known for, from delivering major change, listening reviews, people & talent strategies through to executive coaching. Belinda is a mother to two gorgeous boys, enjoys weekends on the coast and wilderness adventures to escape her obsessive curiosity in human & organisational behaviour. 

She holds a Bachelor of Arts, Psychology & Management, University of Wollongong.
